When Love Departs

Eternal lovers, they do not falter,
Cloaked within is a love so deep,
Even though life takes them farther,
A cherished connection they always keep.

Praise destiny; she does her wonder!
Against all odds when they do meet, 
Making magical memories to cherish forever, 
But alas! time passes in a wink. 

To each other goodbye they say, 
Connected hearts cry in pain, 
As they go their own ways, 
Hoping against hope to meet again. 

Immersed in each other's eyes,
Until the moment they part away, 
No matter how far apart they go,
